A stamp is a saved record.
A stamp is complete only after the server saves it. If the location check fails, no stamp is added; follow the displayed guidance and try again.
Share links should be handled with care.
Anyone who receives an active share link can read the latest shared collection. Search-engine noindex is not an access restriction. Disable sharing or generate a new link if you no longer want an old link to work.
Information and service limits.
Always check current store details with Apple. Store information is not guaranteed to be accurate. Individual support and appeals are not provided.
Service changes, suspension and closure.
The service may change, be temporarily suspended or end because of maintenance, outages, security measures or other operational circumstances. Continuous availability and operation without errors or interruptions are not guaranteed.
Stamp records and data loss.
Stamp records and other saved data may be lost because of outages, data corruption or the end of the service. Permanent storage, restoration of lost records and replacement stamps are not guaranteed.

The operator is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, errors in store information or location checks, or loss of records, except where the operator is legally liable for intentional misconduct or negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
